Overview The User Experience Design team focuses on user‑centric, accessible and elegant interfaces for AI‑powered and data‑driven products. As a Senior Associate you will identify and address client needs while working cross‑functionally with engineers and product managers to refine offerings and deliver seamless end‑to‑end user experiences.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within technology‑driven or AI‑enabled environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of design thinking and agile delivery methods.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Up‑to‑date portfolio of digital product designs.
Experience creating user‑centric and accessible interfaces.
Benefits and Compensation The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
