Job Description BeGOAT Clean Energy is headquartered in Bend Oregon.We are a revolutionary all-natural clean energy beverage company that specializes in manufacturing delicious, caffeinated beverages targeted toward consumers who demand natural, effective ingredients.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about health and wellness and strives to be their greatest of all time in all aspects of life. We have established statewide distribution and are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven sales manager to build and grow the Western WA Market. As a key sales team member, the Area Sales Manager will help ensure that BeGOAT consistently meets and exceeds sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for growing total territory points of distribution to achieve growth targets and account visits.

Directly manage all aspects of assigned sales territory including building strong relationships with distributor and retail partners.

Work autonomously to establish, develop, and grow a strong base of on-premise and off-premise accounts.

Participate in evening and weekend promotions and assist marketing with special events as necessary.

Complete daily sales account call surveys, monthly expense reports, and other meetings, surveys and reports as required.

Maintain accurate records of all accounts, retailer information, distributor actionables and sales with CRM (KARMA).

Develop your overall category knowledge, not only of BeGOAT, but our competitors’ products, pricing, and market conditions.

Promote BeGOAT products knowledgeably, clearly and enthusiastically to retailers, distributors and customers.

Manage territory accounts by conducting account calls each week.

Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within assigned sales territory.

Secure display/secondary space, shelf space, and share of cold box.

Execute promotional programs.

Utilize weekly reports to identify new opportunities and maximize current accounts to increase volume and distribution.

Utilize sampling events to drive customer awareness and volume.

Visit outer territories on a regular cadence based on volume or as needed.

Travel to outer markets 20%-30%.

Maintain positive business relationships and communication with account owners, managers, and buyers.

Develop proposals for prospective customers and deliver sales presentations.

Manage wholesaler relationships through weekly account/program communication.

Work with distributors to build awareness of our portfolio and programming.

Conduct regular distributor crew drives to open new accounts, new SKUs and programming.

Regular distributor market condition communication and follow up.

To ensure distributors have the most current and sufficient POS (Point of Sale) material.

Identify and build relationships with sub distributors.

Qualifications

2 years or more of CPG Sales and/or retailer/distributor experience

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ambitious, Self-Starter, Positive Mindset

Creative and able to problem-solve, with minimal supervision

Strong computer skills and writing skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

Team oriented and collaborative

Must live in Seattle/Bellevue/Everett or there about.

A safe driving record and valid driver’s license.

Variable Compensation

Bonus potential 20% of salary

Paid quarterly based on achievement of quarterly KPI's
