Competitive daily rate and share of production with performance‑based increases, based on experience and clinical capabilities
High earning potential: $200,000–$500,000+ per year
About This Office
Location: 3752 Cascade Rd #190, Atlanta, GA 30331
Schedule: Fulltime, 4–5 days per week
Practice: 5,000 sq ft, 15‑operatory multi‑provider practice offering general dentistry, pediatrics, and periodontics
Digital, paperless practice with Itero and AI technology
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences; educate patients on options for informed decision‑making.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and build positive relationships.
Leadership & Collaboration: Work with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff; provide guidance on protocols and best practices.
Adherence to Protocols: Follow established clinical protocols, infection control, safety measures, and referral guidelines.

Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
