We are currently hiring for a full-time Dentist in Milwaukee, WI at Progressive Community Health Centers.

If so, you may be eligible for loan repayment assistance under the NHSC Loan Repayment Programs.

National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program

In exchange for loan repayment, you will serve at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).

Who Are We?

Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization that operates four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. More than 100 employees support our mission to improve the health and quality of life of the community by providing culturally competent services that address identified needs. We provide high-quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, the majority of whom are low-income. No one is ever turned away from our clinics based on insurance status or ability to pay. We value a patient-centered philosophy and provide a range of services that include family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and integrated behavioral health. We also offer supportive services such as case management, health education, and benefits enrollment.

What will you do?

The dentist is responsible for providing and ensuring the provision of preventative and restorative dental care that is consistent with accepted professional standards.

What do you need to qualify?

DDS degree from an accredited college or university

Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin

DEA registration

Vaccination Policy:

All employees, employed providers and volunteers must be vaccinated. All hired candidates must submit proof of vaccination prior to orientation. This is a mandatory requirement for Progressive Community Health Centers to minimize exposure and transmission of influenza in the workplace.
