We are seeking an experienced
Technical Environment Manager
to oversee and coordinate multiple technical environments supporting large-scale
investment management technology
initiatives within an
OCIO framework . This role ensures stable, secure, and compliant environments that support the full SDLC for investment platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage development, test, staging, production, and DR environments
Ensure environment stability, scalability, security, and compliance
Coordinate environment provisioning, releases, and deployments
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and cybersecurity teams
Manage third-party vendors and SLAs
Monitor environment health, capacity, and performance
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation
Maintain environment documentation, standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing complex technical environments in financial services or investment management
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing cycles, and environment management
Experience integrating multiple technology platforms
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with investment platforms (e.g., State Street Alpha, FactSet, Jacobi)
Agile / DevOps / CI‑CD experience
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
ITIL or service management knowledge
OCIO or investment consulting experience
