About the Opportunity Jerry is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc. We are a $2T market in the U.S., launched in 2019, and have grown revenue 60X to $240M and staff to 225. We achieved profitability in early 2024 and aim to scale from 5M to 50M customers.
As a Senior Associate, Business Operations you will champion data‑driven decisions across critical initiatives, leverage advanced ML models for in‑depth analysis, and shape growth strategies.
How You Will Make an Impact
Partner with marketing, product, and business development to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments, extracting insights to inform product and business strategies
Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis

Comfortable communicating with audiences from front‑line employees to C‑suite
Set a high bar and consistently push for excellence

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed, based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Pay ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified. Compensation may include equity grants.
