Overview 400‑bed facility with full range of medical specialties. Hospital‑employed opportunity. EMR Epic.
ROLE
40‑hour work week – option for 4 day week
Avg. 2‑10 patients a day
Hospital‑employed opportunity
28 ORs, NORA includes 7 GI suites, Cath Labs, and IR
Call: 40 hour week / 1 weekend per month
PACKAGE
$90k Sign‑on bonus
$135/hour
8 weeks paid vacation + sick days + holidays
403B & pension plan with employer match
$2000 CME allowance
Public loan forgiveness
Medical/dental/vision insurance plans
Reimbursements: license, CSR, DEA
SKILLS
Ability to obtain/maintain license in Indiana
1+ years experience preferred
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Will sponsor J1 waiver
