Responsibilities...
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our training and operational products that support live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) flight training.
This individual will shape the vision for human‑interface products—spanning mission planning, cockpit execution, and visualization systems—and work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and leadership teams to deliver world‑class experiences for military aviators.
This is a highly cross‑functional role that blends software strategy, user experience design, and systems awareness.
The ideal candidate combines technical, analytical, and creative thinking, balancing technical feasibility with aesthetic and usability excellence.
You’ll work closely with test pilots, design, engineering, and test teams to ensure our software interfaces are not only functional and reliable, but also elegant and intuitive to use.
Ideal Experience...
7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven ability to deliver experiential software products from concept through delivery in a defense or consumer‑facing software environment.
Bachelor’s degree required, with BS in engineering discipline preferred.
Strong track record of customer discovery and user‑centered product development.
Relentless focus on the customer: comfortable observing, interviewing, and learning from users in their environment.
Demonstrated skill in writing PRDs, breaking down epics, managing user stories, and leading software development in agile environments.
Strong understanding of 3D design principles and human factors in immersive or spatial interfaces.
This company may require a Security Clearance in the future so candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance!!
