Wearables Product Experience Specialist Join Meta as a Wearables Product Experience Specialist and work with a dynamic, innovative team that shapes the future of wearable technology. Your role will involve crafting impactful demos that showcase Meta’s products and AI solutions, building compelling experiences, and ensuring seamless integration of our devices from prototype to launch.

Base pay range $129,000 – $185,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

As the Product Experience lead, you’ll craft demos that highlight the full potential of our wearable offerings. The role requires high technical proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering and Design teams. You’ll test and validate these experiences, conduct regular content audits, and recommend improvements to product owners. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver these custom experiences at key moments throughout the year.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to prototypes and the technical infrastructure they require.

Provide onsite and remote support to create demo experiences for a wide audience, including executive leadership.

Resolve technical issues and challenges quickly and effectively with minimal disruption.

Build and maintain solutions to scale prototyping efforts, including demos to showcase end‑to‑end experiences via prototypes and/or production‑ready builds.

Lead resolution requiring multi‑functional support, working closely with support leads, operational and engineering staff, and other domain specialists.

Provide feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technology products and services.

Manage own time to fulfill tasks efficiently, prioritize correctly, and maintain required quality standards.

Capture and funnel feedback from demos back to the respective product and design teams.

Collaborate with other technical teams to build and enhance prototyping platforms.

Set up and maintain prototypes and present to various audiences.

Travel as required.

Experience working with terminal, scripts, and ADB commands.

Troubleshoot technical issues in real time.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with customer service skills and analytical troubleshooting.

Capacity to communicate clear and concise information in technical and non‑technical terms based on the audience.

Project and time management experience; manage expectations in a time‑sensitive environment while balancing strategic projects with day‑to‑day accountabilities.

Capacity to work well under pressure.

Previous client‑facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships.

Demonstrates follow‑up and attention to detail.

Proven problem‑solving experience and ability to overcome challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real‑time 3D development.

Programming experience in one or more languages (C#, C/C++, Python, Java).

Experience with AR/VR and game development.

Experience visualizing in 3D and understanding aesthetic aspects of design.

Previous experience using a computer to create layouts and generate new images.
