12+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with strong expertise in cross‑platform database migration and Oracle GoldenGate replication. Responsible for planning, executing, and validating migrations of large‑scale Oracle databases across heterogeneous platforms (AIX, RHEL) while ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. Work onsite with client stakeholders to design and implement cross‑platform Oracle database migration strategies using RMAN, Data Pump, and Transportable Tablespaces. Configure and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real‑time replication and zero‑downtime migration. Perform pre‑migration assessments, compatibility checks, and develop migration runbooks. Optimize database performance post‑migration and troubleshoot any issues. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data consistency during migration. Collaborate with application teams to validate functionality after migration. Document processes, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders. Minimum years of experience
