Director, Digital Product Management – F&B and Retail Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Director, Digital Product Management – F&B and Retail to lead product strategy and implementation across Universal destinations.

Job Summary Lead product strategy development and execution, provide executive leadership to a team of Digital & Technology Product Managers, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive guest experience and business transformation.

Major Responsibilities

Lead guest and team experience transformation initiatives over a multi‑year horizon for Universal Destinations globally.

Oversee creation of new digital capabilities for guests and team members, integrating end‑to‑end experience across the customer journey.

Develop and launch innovative experiential concepts and platforms to address guest satisfaction and business growth.

Develop business case and value proposition for new product development and ongoing enhancements.

Drive continuous experience optimization by regularly gathering consumer, operational and business insights.

Advocate for customer experience on cross‑functional projects.

Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver on the product vision for Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Set and manage team strategic direction, prioritization, resource planning, deliverables, and timelines.

Lead collaborative, cross‑functional teams with stakeholders across Product, Business and IT.

Maintain cross‑product alignment with other Product Executives for a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Partner with Digital Technology to drive product architecture and delivery, balancing scope, time, budget, and guest experience.

Participate on the Digital Experience Product Executive Leadership team.

Drive development of digital capabilities across concept, design, delivery, testing and implementation.

Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end experiences across all customer touch points and channels.

Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements or new product offerings.

Act as subject‑matter expert for new products, integrating with key stakeholder teams.

Proactively evaluate guest experience strengths and pain points to identify opportunities.

Develop product recommendations with cost, value and experience analysis for approval and funding.

Collaborate with business partners to establish product goals and objectives.

Ensure product alignment with holistic experience transformation vision.

Develop approach to measure success of newly implemented enhancements.

Establish product roadmap and coordinate delivery timelines.

Partner with UDX Digital Product team to ensure best practices and integration points.

Prioritize product backlog for release and sprint planning.

Understand and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required – Business, Technology, Digital Marketing or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

10+ years in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology or related fields.

Expert knowledge of large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Experience integrating marketing and experience technologies.

Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.

Experience in large‑scale program planning and implementation.

Expert at stakeholder and partner management.

Executive‑level communication experience.

Demonstrated ability to drive work through collaboration and relationship building.

Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic initiatives.

Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
