What You’ll Bring
10+ years of progressive experience in managing compensation at a fast‑paced global public company.
Experience managing the annual broad‑based compensation program cycle, development of the global job architecture and compensation framework, designing general and sales compensation rewards and recognition programs, assisting with M&A due diligence and integrations, improving and implementing compensation processes and policies, and market pricing.
A management role overseeing a team of at least 5 compensation analysts supporting 12,000 employees in 30+ countries.
Knowledge of evolving regulatory and compliance matters related to compensation programs, partnering with local HR.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated advanced mathematical skills, financial modeling, Excel spreadsheet analysis skills and critical attention to detail.
Strong consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice in verbal and written correspondence.
Experience advising and presenting to senior HR and business leadership teams, including CFO, CLO and CEO around broad‑based compensation programs.
Flexibility to work in ambiguous and complex situations where there is no unique, correct answer and the ability to apply independent judgment to create solutions outside of established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with managers, employees, HR team, and external constituents such as consultants and vendors. Present work, projects and ideas to peers and customers in a clear and logical manner.
Must have experience with Mercer IPE methodology, Radford surveys, and Workday HRIS.
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong proficiency with analyzing data sets, creating formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
Impact You’ll Make
Develop, implement and manage broad‑based compensation strategy, programs and solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide consulting on offers and retentions, incentive plan design, position and pay program evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
Partner with sales teams to develop and prepare sales compensation plan designs.
Manage the administration of the global annual compensation program cycle within Workday.
Partner with HR, Legal, Finance and external consultants to deliver effective pay programs.
Stay abreast of current compensation trends and best practices and continually review against current practices, procedures and systems.
Experience with M&A due diligence and integration of global compensation structures and pay programs.
Partner with Legal and external vendors to lead pay equity analyses.
Perform other compensation duties and projects as required.

Pay Scale Information The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 – $250,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
