Early client contact and ownership of workstreams (experts, carriers, and case strategy) and a strong market presence help you elevate your professional brand. Compensation
Base pay: $100,000 – $180,000 per year (determined by skills and experience) Bonus: Up to $54,500 annually, paid quarterly based on billables Potential additional bonuses up to $55 k annually depending on experience Responsibilities
Defend personal injury, catastrophic loss, product liability, construction defect, and other high‑value claims Manage complex files involving minimum $1 M insurance limits Draft motions, argue hearings, conduct discovery and depositions Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on strategy and case preparation Benefits
