Anywhere in Country The opportunity Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, build client relationships, and grow consulting and team leadership skills. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, design and deliver system architecture solutions, and ensure projects meet business requirements. Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project. Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore staff. Provide guidance on ServiceNow ITSM process implementations and technology transformation. Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and recommend best practices. Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes. Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops. Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs. Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts. To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). At least one additional ServiceNow certification such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization. Experience leading and supervising teams. A valid U.S. driver’s license. Ability to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations or HAM or SAM. Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges from $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S. ($122,900 to $213,400 for select metro areas). Medical, dental, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. A hybrid work model; most external, client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time.
