Responsibilities
Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
Research and resolve day‑to‑day Workday Data issues.
Work with clients to support new requirements for Data in Workday.
Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday.
Support Data activities such as posting, bank transfer, and paychecks in Workday.
Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
Provide support for year‑end reporting and other year‑end activities in Workday.
Manage small on‑shore and off‑shore functional teams.
Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client or functional requirements.
Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure all workstreams are cohesive and cross‑functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
Support innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.
Qualifications
Workday Partner Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Workday Data conversion experience.
Minimum of 3 years of U.S. and/or Global Data Operations & ETL experience, including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, and MySQL/SQL.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points
4 years of Data Conversion experience.
Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics.
Referenceable consulting‑based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep overall knowledge of information systems.
Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.
Job Details This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. We will consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL.
Compensation Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Current salary ranges for similar positions in the U.S. are listed below (examples only):
California: $63,800 to $196,000
Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $196,000
Washington: $68,000 to $180,300
