Our client is looking for a Director / Sr Director of Finance. This position is onsite located in Orange County, CA.
Salary: $190,000 - $215,000
Responsibilities
Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments and business units. Prepare and manage financial reports to support operational performance and profitability. Oversee revenue and labor forecasting, incorporating market trends, historical data, and seasonal activity. Analyze performance against targets and provide actionable insights to leadership. Develop consolidated financial statements and KPI dashboards for leadership and board reporting. Partner with operations, marketing, and other departments to align financial plans with company strategy. Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to identify business risks and growth opportunities. Manage and mentor a finance team, driving best practices and improving reporting efficiency. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A, including leadership roles. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Curious, analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
