What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve or exceed annual national Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) unit and dollar sales goals
Develop and implement sales programs and strategies for accounts
Train and develop Truck Tire Sales Managers (TTSM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and participate in production meetings regarding TBR inventory
Supervise TBR sales personnel to ensure consistent methodology and accomplishment of sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or equivalent, or an Associate's degree with 15 years of experience in commercial truck (TBR) tire sales
Minimum of 10 years of experience in increasing leadership roles
Strong knowledge of commercial LTR and TBR products and vehicle applications
Proven ability to influence others and achieve results in a collaborative manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with commercial servicing dealers and wholesale distributors
Background working with large fleets and national accounts
OE sales experience is a plus
Track record of creating successful sales programs and incentives
Experience in training sales teams effectively
