Talent Acquisition Partner sourcing, identifying, screening and hiring candidates for various roles at BDA. Requires excellent communication, organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and ability to devise sourcing strategies alongside Hiring Managers. Must collaborate across departments, influence and partner. Work Location & Schedule
Available in multiple locations: Woodinville, WA; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Troy, MI; Indianapolis, IN. Onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote. Remote option for candidates not within commuting distance of a BDA office. Duties and Responsibilities
Create recruitment plans and calendars according to operation and sales projections. Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals. Ensure staffing needs are met with a long‑term strategy. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines. Create and implement end‑to‑end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations. Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Source applicants through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, community groups and local universities. Create job descriptions and interview questions in partnership with HR Business Partners. Build and nurture pipeline of suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, portfolios and references. Serve as keeper of the Employer Brand via social media outlets. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Utilize ATS reporting tools to generate weekly reports (time to fill, time to hire, source of hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.). Maintain records of all recruitment materials within ATS. Guide and train hiring managers on using the ATS and ensure hiring decisions are made without bias. Job Skills and Traits
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, sourcing and best practices, applicable policies and employment laws. Strong collaborator with ability to work with various stakeholders. Comfortable working in an energetic and fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Approachable with excellent customer service skills. Self‑motivated and innovative. Takes initiative to anticipate talent needs and implements recommendations. Critical thinking and proactive problem‑solving. Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, primarily within corporate recruiting. SHRM‑CP or PHR certification is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior ATS experience is required; Greenhouse familiarity is a plus. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $100,000 to $110,000. Compensation also depends on geographic location, skills, education and experience. Pay equity and internal equity are considered. Total compensation includes robust PTO, vacation, paid volunteer day, holidays, summer Fridays, medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs, professional development opportunities.
