Enterprise Services comprises multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which reports into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end‑to‑end best practices.

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management role is primarily responsible for the client onboarding experience, account administration, due diligence, set‑up, connectivity and activation required for clients to use DTCC's products and services. The Executive Director is responsible for multiple teams ensuring that processes are managed in a consistent, transparent and disciplined manner with a focus on high‑quality execution, risk management and client experience. The individual will develop, build and lead functions accountable for providing key operational services related to client onboarding and life‑cycle management to the DTCC businesses and global client‑base; fostering cross‑functional collaboration; and providing sound analysis and change leadership. A heightened focus on strategic vision and management change is critical as the ED will be responsible for redesigning the clients' journey, touchpoints and interactions with DTCC.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Establish an organization structure, budget, hiring and capacity planning for the function to support the enterprise portfolio of client‑facing initiatives and global client‑base.

Lead and run large groups across multiple geographic locations and time zones; develop effective location and staffing strategies to manage costs and risks.

Build and maintain positive relationships across the organization to ensure delivery of quality processes in alignment with key initiatives and requirements across the enterprise.

Drive and implement change including process/control enhancements, organization/staffing model and digital automation.

Ensure operational readiness to support client‑impacting initiatives.

Maintain clear and consistent communication channels across the organization; provide regular reports, metrics and responses on statuses, issues, performance, and risks.

Manage client and internal escalations.

Ensure the functional methodologies, standards and processes adhere to DTCC policies, procedures and best practices.

Craft a culture of excellence, high performance and continuous process improvement to drive the function to excel at delivering on key commitments.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training for the team members.

Develop successors and talent pipeline, drive corporate culture and lead employee management activities; design, develop and execute a maturity strategy to consistently improve the function’s capabilities.

Enforce adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk protocols.

Foster a risk‑management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all U.S. locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
