Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

What you'll do
Oversee end-to-end investment transaction support and closing processes
Collaborate with accounting, legal, and tax teams to ensure accurate fund reporting
Manage capital call/distribution reviews, fund credit facilities, and LPA compliance
Handle internal fund metric reporting and dry powder forecasts
Engage directly with investors and auditors
Drive process improvements and support ad hoc projects across the platform
What we're looking for
6+ years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or fund operations (private equity focus strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
Strong accounting/technical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Strong communicator, problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Prior experience working with fund structures, LPA compliance, and investment support
