Director Finance, Providence Clinical Network Join Providence as the Director Finance for the Providence Clinical Network. In this role you will oversee finance for the PCN, support payables, payroll, capital projects, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

Monitor financial performance, ensuring productivity, supply chain targets, and financial objectives are met.

Collaborate with the executive team to produce accurate financial statements and perform budget variance analysis.

Develop and manage dashboards, implement internal audit recommendations, and lead special projects for growth.

Engage with all levels of the organization to execute strategic plans.

Assist with implementing staffing matrices and support productivity management with benchmarking data.

Articulate complex financial concepts, fostering a culture of collaboration.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 8+ years in healthcare finance leadership, 10+ years related experience; medical group experience preferred.

Certifications: CPA preferred; HFMA or FACHE preferred.

Analytical Mindset: Skilled at using mathematical methods and data analysis for strategic decisions.

Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal skills, tailored to diverse audiences, with strong presentation ability.

Healthcare Insight: Understanding of trends and changes in healthcare and integrated delivery systems.

Decision-Making: Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Technical Acumen: Proficiency in desktop software and healthcare IT knowledge.

Hybrid Work Schedule Leaders applying for this role will be required to work a hybrid schedule: three days onsite, two days remote, and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the ministry or service area they support.
