Qualifications

Proficient in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing processes

Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize production and operational workflows

Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and training

Experience or capability to conduct professional training sessions for teams

Proven problem‑solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
