Treasure Consultant
– Financial Services Sales – Regular full‑time position We are looking for an experienced, consultative sales professional to partner with a broad client base across Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Community Banking, and Wealth Management.
The role focuses on cash‑flow management and working capital solutions, aligning with Truist’s Purpose, Mission and Values. Employment Details Regular – 1st shift (United States of America) Language Fluency: English (Required) Key Responsibilities Execute the sales plan and develop strong partnerships with lines of business and internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities, achieving or exceeding revenue and portfolio growth objectives for the assigned client portfolio. Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning. Independently manage a portfolio of clients with Treasury Solutions needs, requiring general knowledge of banking and Treasury products and working capital concepts. Participate in the development of detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify key retention and new client acquisition opportunities. Provide client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures; proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership’s attention. Consult with clients through various communication methods (e.g., in person, email, voicemail, virtual meeting). Accurately report sales efforts, progress, and revenue. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 5+ years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services. Deep understanding of bank working capital solutions. Must hold or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering the position. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of sales experience with financial or treasury products and/or services. CFA designation. Up‑to‑date knowledge of treasury trends and best practices. Subject‑area expertise in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products. Compensation Annual base salary: $120,000 – $200,000. Additional incentive pay is available. Ten days of vacation (prorated) and ten sick days (prorated) are provided in the first year, along with paid holidays.
