Job Summary As Senior Director of IT – GTM, you’ll report to the CIO and lead a 75+ global team of IT professionals that equip our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions with the technology needed to “put data + AI to work for the Intelligent Enterprise.” You’ll drive transformation by aligning enterprise systems with GTM strategies, championing a customer‑first mindset, and scaling capabilities through AI, automation, and data‑driven innovation. Your leadership will foster operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and agility to meet evolving market demands. You’ll also play a critical role in driving the organization’s adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead GTM IT strategy, optimizing our GTM technology stack and enterprise applications with forward-thinking solutions, proactive support, and continuous innovation to enhance satisfaction, drive efficiency and fuel business growth.
Accelerate value delivery by deeply understanding customer needs and empowering teams with scalable, intuitive, and efficient tools.
Embed a customer-first culture and foster clear communication, shared KPIs, and empowered stakeholder engagement.
Champion AI and data-driven optimization to reduce manual effort, streamline operations, and enhance agility.
Define and implement scalable roadmaps for AI readiness, including infrastructure assessment, use case prioritization, and strategic enablement.
Adopt agile development and continuous deployment practices to speed delivery and improve adaptability.
Leverage a global workforce model for 24/7 coverage and efficient resource use.
Manage third‑party vendors and resources and ensure value‑add for deployment on prioritized initiatives.
Identify and address obstacles such as change resistance, data quality, regulatory compliance, and legacy integration challenges.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT leadership, with at least 5 years supporting GTM or customer-facing platforms.
Proven experience leading cross-functional technology teams and digital transformations.
Strong expertise in CRM, martech, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Gainsight).
Proven experience leading AI‑innovation efforts, automation strategies, and data governance.
Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Compensation 250,000-275,000 plus bonus & equity.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert proficiency in SFDC (including CPQ), Marketo; familiarity with Clari/Gainsight.
Experience in high-growth SaaS or analytics environments.
Knowledge of agile, DevOps, and cloud‑native application architectures.
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
