Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in leading and delivering municipal water infrastructure projects, working directly with clients and internal design teams across a wide range of civil engineering initiatives.
This role is ideal for a self‑starter with strong technical expertise, proven project leadership experience, and a solid understanding of the consulting engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage municipal water infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction
Oversee projects involving water distribution systems, pipelines, pump stations, and water treatment facilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals, schedules, and budgets are met
Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
Prepare and review plans, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation
Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
Track project performance and financials; ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles
Participate in business development efforts, including lead identification, client meetings, and proposal support
Document findings, recommendations, and project progress with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
5+ years of experience in consulting engineering, with a strong focus on municipal water systems
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain via reciprocity
Demonstrated experience managing projects for municipal water clients
Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong technical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
