The Senior Product Manager – Digital position will be based in either Dallas/Fort Worth or Miami.
Job Overview The Digital Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to determine and support the most effective strategies, design solutions to deliver business goals, provide a foundation for future enhancements, and contribute to our continued success.
This role requires a solid background in understanding B2B customer and sales needs, search engines, and translating them into a useful roadmap of experiences to solve user and customer problems efficiently and seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to contribute to the roadmap definition and the structure of a digital product portfolio.
Identify, socialize, and deliver new innovative opportunities to bring personalization and content to life across all digital customer and sales experiences.
Create structured, data‑informed document requirements, including scoring on a prioritization framework, to facilitate roadmap management and definition while aligning those efforts to ensure marketing, content and digital collaborators have a full view into the technology pipeline.
Contribute to various aspects of digital product strategy, including planning, prioritization, requirements, experimentation, and driving execution to achieve growth metrics and optimize the end‑to‑end customer and sales experience.
Analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and develop actionable strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
Execute analytical, hypothesis‑guided methodologies to grow digital product innovation, including emerging features that drive customer nurturing, engagement, and retention.
Conduct competitive and best‑in‑class site reviews, industry best practices, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for web and mobile apps.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management methodologies and frameworks.
Strong understanding of B2B distribution industry.
A recognized ability to handle complex product challenges.
Ability to identify and lead initiatives that substantially increase the team’s impact, influencing decisions and pursuing big ideas through compelling storytelling.
Comfortable with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
Familiarity with B2B distribution industry practices, experiences, and trends.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, offering strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Pay range: $140,000 – $160,000 per year. Compensation for candidates in other markets will be competitively adjusted to reflect the local market.
