Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Risk Operations Center Specialist based in Greater Boston. The Risk Operations Center Specialist will monitor, analyze, and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities across IT environments. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and mitigating risks, responding to security incidents, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. The role also involves continuous learning about evolving cybersecurity threats and techniques to contribute to the organization’s security posture.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Security Risk Assessment, Compliance Management, and Threat Analysis
Strong skills in Incident Response, Cybersecurity, and Vulnerability Management
Experience with IT Systems, Network Infrastructure, and Cloud Security (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non‑technical teams
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
Familiarity with the Qualys platform or other security tools is a bonus
Ability to work on‑site in Greater Boston and handle high‑pressure situations professionally
