Senior Project Manager – Annuities Domain
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
with strong
Annuities domain expertise
to lead and deliver complex, high-impact business and technology initiatives. This role requires proven experience managing large-scale projects, cross‑functional teams, and vendor partnerships while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and oversee
multiple large, complex projects
or programs comprising one or more cross‑functional project teams.
Own the
end‑to‑end project lifecycle , including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Manage
day‑to‑day project execution , ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Develop, maintain, and manage
integrated project plans , including detailed work plans, resource plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and delivery strategies.
Analyze business requirements and recommend
strategic approaches, solutions, and alternatives
to support informed decision‑making.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage
project risks, issues, and change requests , ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and impacts clearly to
executive sponsors and senior stakeholders .
Manage and oversee
vendor relationships , including contracts, deliverables, performance, and compliance with agreed terms.
Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goals .
Validate deliverables, confirm achievement of project objectives, and obtain
formal sponsor acceptance
at project completion.
Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Senior Project Manager , leading large‑scale, complex projects.
Strong
Annuities domain experience
within insurance or financial services.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive accountability, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
Experience managing both
business and technology‑driven initiatives .
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
