Job Description
Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Paid Training We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. If you have previous experience, the program allows for self‑paced learning and fast tracking to help you advance.
Opportunities Our Management Development Program allows our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise.
Great Pay Our assistant managers are paid an industry‑competitive salary. In addition, they are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and past incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations during shifts, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, and cash control are maintained.
Handle customer relations and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Staff scheduling, paperwork, and documentation.
Maintain clean and well‑organized store environment.
Implement marketing initiatives and strive for profitability.
Attend to transportation, punctuality, and adherence to store standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Some management experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
