Job Description
As a Sr. Manager of Product on Best Buy’s Loyalty team, you’ll help shape and deliver the enterprise-wide rewards and offers platform that powers real-time, compliant, and customer-focused engagement at scale. Partnering with teams across engineering, legal, marketing, and operations, you’ll drive solutions that not only enhance customer experience but also unlock revenue, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Success in this role means being a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, able to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and build scalable, customer-centric products that deliver measurable business impact.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on‑site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. What you’ll do
Support the definition and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a next‑generation customer rewards platform
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and business impact
Assist in communicating product value, progress, and trade‑offs to stakeholders and leadership
Use data insights and market research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for customer engagement
Contribute to establishing product operational routines such as OKRs, reviews, and prioritization processes
Work closely with product managers and teams to deliver on key project milestones and objectives
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team
Basic qualifications
2 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, strategy, etc.
1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer‑focused solutioning, cross‑functional leadership, etc.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
6 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
2 years of experience with direct people management and team management
