Maintenance Director – Complete Care at Monmouth
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

As a
Maintenance Director
on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
Perform regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
Maintain working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
Must be available on call for emergencies
Demonstrate high proficiency and understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and code compliance
Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations
Have supervisory and management experience
Possess strong multitasking ability
Be organized and exhibit strong time‑management skills
