Description The Project Manager provides professional project management expertise for a diverse portfolio of projects and assignments across client sites, campuses, and facilities in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closeout, with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will interact directly with client representatives, coordinate with property and facility management teams, and oversee vendors and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, including tenant improvements, capital upgrades, safety enhancements, and infrastructure modifications, from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk registers; prepare agendas and progress reports for all project phases.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, building management, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee the selection, contracting, and management of consultants, vendors, and construction teams.
Review and process requisitions, change orders, and invoices; provide cost analysis and impact assessments.
Ensure all work complies with corporate, client, and regulatory standards, including building codes and safety regulations.
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools; proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Maintain high standards of work performance and strive for ongoing professional development.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in facilities, construction, or tenant improvement projects.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $100K to $3M.
Experience with Bay Area facilities and capital projects preferred.
Supervisory experience, including leading and developing project teams.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
PMP certification (or in progress) is a plus.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $76.92/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
