Bridor is opening a brand-new industrial bakery in Salt Lake City, and we’re looking for a Process Team Leader to help launch our operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team from day one, shape production processes, and be part of a facility that sets the standard for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team through all stages of mixing, touring, laminating, and shaping.
Ensure production meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
Help design and improve processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
Train new employees and provide hands‑on support to operators.
Oversee production schedules, report downtime, and maintain accurate documentation.
Promote safety, GMP, and food quality standards across your team.
Who We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in food manufacturing or bakery production.
Hands‑on knowledge of bakery processes (Mixing, Touring, Laminating, Shaping).
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
Comfortable with computers and production tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in fast‑paced, cold, and noisy environments.
Detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and committed to quality.
