Role Overview (0.75 FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity. CRNAs provide general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and sedation.
Call Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Week 3: off
Responsibilities
Provide airway management services to the emergency department and intensive care unit.
Offer acute pain services including ultrasound‑guided peripheral nerve blocks and post‑operative epidural management for surgical patients.
Deliver anesthesia services for specialties including Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN, Podiatry, and Urology.
Typical day begins at 7:30 AM with a 0800 first‑start case; elective cases end by 1530. Assignments are made daily by the Chief CRNA. After cases, CRNAs may take call from home within 30 minutes of the hospital.
All CRNAs receive voting rights and are encouraged to be active members of the Medical Staff on various committees.

Base Compensation: $210,000 (0.75 FTE; equivalent to $280,000 base of 1.0 FTE)
Call compensation estimated around $66,500
Projected total compensation: $276,445
Rotating schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
$3,500 in CME funds
Commencement Bonus up to $25,000
Relocation and additional incentives
Qualifications
Must be licensed by the NH Board of Nursing as a CRNA.
Successful completion of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by AANA, CANAEP, or its predecessor.
Certification as a CRNA by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA) or re‑certification by the Council.
Valid narcotics registration (DEA number).
ACLS and PALS certification required.
