Join our team as a General Manager of Dining Services overseeing all aspects of mealtime preparation, service, and overall efficiency of the kitchen, dining room, in‑room, and meal service areas.
Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Compensation: $79,000 - $85,000.

How You Will Make an Impact
Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities.
Hire, supervise and train dining and kitchen staff.
Coordinate with the clinical dietitian; train and orient staff on dining processes.
Assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards.
What You Will Need
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required.
Current Serv‑Safe certification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi‑unit foodservice management.
Flexible schedule; will be required to work weekends and holidays.
