Base pay range $240,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr
Construction Executive Recruiter of the Year We are actively seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Chief Estimator to join the team. We are one of San Diego's best and most respected heavy civil construction firms. We self‑perform heavy highway, public works, and site development projects. We specialize in earthwork, bridges, retaining walls, and paving.

Must have experience in two or more of the following Heavy Civil Construction areas: excavation, paving, bridges, or concrete structures.
Employee Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $240k-$280k, DOE
401k with company match
Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in CalTrans projects. Hard bid and alternative delivery experience preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HCSS or other software preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills
