Job Brief As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Weather Targeting at the Weather Company, you will own and drive the complete go‑to‑market strategy for the Weather Targeting ad suite, serving as the cross‑functional leader dedicated to achieving our goal of doubling the business. It requires deep collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership to not only market the existing suite but also to shape its future.

The Impact You'll Make

Own the commercial strategy and P&L mindset for core growth of the business. Develop and execute the multi‑year marketing roadmap to grow revenue for the Weather Targeting suite, taking full ownership of its market performance from strategy to financial results.

Become the definitive market expert and architect of our product narrative. Define positioning, messaging, and proof points for the entire portfolio, transforming data products into a clear value proposition that differentiates us from competitors and wins strategic deals.

Directly influence the future of our products by acting as the voice of the customer. Provide critical market feedback that shapes the product roadmap, ensuring we build innovative, customer‑centric solutions that solve real pain points and create new market opportunities.

Unite Product, Marketing, and Sales into a single, high‑performing, cross‑functional GTM force. Lead the entire go‑to‑market process, orchestrating flawless launches, building sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies), and ensuring alignment across teams for maximum commercial impact.

Build a scalable growth flywheel through strategic partner marketing. Identify, build relationships with, and enable key partners, creating a self‑sustaining ecosystem that drives brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and opens up new revenue streams for the portfolio.

Establish the standard for data‑driven marketing excellence. Define KPIs, metrics, and ROI for all marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives, using performance data not just to prove value but to generate insights that optimize our strategy and accelerate growth.

What You've Accomplished

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on technology products or software solutions.

Go‑to‑market experience, applying consumer insights to product value propositions.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing tactics that drive revenue growth and market penetration within the advertising data and off‑platform ad‑tech ecosystem.

Deep understanding of market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset to make data‑driven decisions.

Experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation tools.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Base Salary: $165,000–$185,000

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
