What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as residential and commercial woodworkers in the territory - Conduct structured consultative sales discussions both in person and virtually - Utilize CRM software to track daily activities, plan sales calls, and follow up with customer requests - Organize and plan sales strategies to achieve successful sales growth - Travel regularly within the territory, making in-person visits to customers three to four days per week
What is Required (Qualifications): - Experience in sales, preferably outside sales within the building materials or construction industries - Strong motivation with a passion for providing customer solutions and achieving sales growth - Ability to self-direct, manage time effectively, and organize responsibilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook - Reliable transportation for regular automobile travel and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, or millwork
