The Opportunity Are you excited about shaping the future of travel and hospitality through technology that actually solves real problems? Flywire’s Travel business is expanding quickly, and we’re hiring a driven Account Executive to accelerate the growth of Sertifi by Flywire across the Americas.

You’ll be an early, visible member of a growing team. The role is focused on hunting, building relationships, closing new business, and influencing how leading hospitality brands manage payments and agreements.

You’ll work directly with decision-makers across the industry and partner closely with teams across Flywire to bring our solution to market.

We’re looking for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to generate their own momentum. This role is responsible for driving revenue through new direct sales and strategic partnerships. Success comes from consistent activity, strong process discipline, and the ability to create excitement around a product that improves how hospitality organizations work.

Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, managing every stage with clarity and momentum

Drive consistent pipeline growth through disciplined outbound activity, targeted research, and creative prospecting strategies

Lead consultative conversations that surface customer needs and translate them into clear value for Sertifi by Flywire

Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue goals with a focus on predictability and strong deal hygiene

Coordinate closely with product, operations, and marketing to ensure a smooth path from prospect to signed deal to successful implementation

Maintain a metrics focused sales pipeline, using data to prioritize, forecast, and guide daily activity

Qualifications

Two to five years of full cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS.

A hunter who drives their own activity, stays curious, and keeps momentum high.

High EQ, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate conversations with clarity and confidence.

Grit, resilience, and a steady approach in fast changing environments.

A consultative seller who can build rapport quickly and translate customer needs into clear solutions.

Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams while staying grounded in process.

Familiar with Salesforce or another CRM and disciplined with data.

Motivated by outbound motion and winning net new business.

Experience in payments, travel, or hospitality is helpful, not required.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $80,000-$100,000 plus commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
