Responsibilities
Walkout projects and submit SOW totals
Review and approve all production
Keep complete and submit job closeout packages
Manage vehicle and equipment needs, vehicle condition, employee performance
Write reports, internal site audits, manage employee timesheets
Review and interpret drawings and specifications
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years construction supervisory experience in underground construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
3‑5 years supervisory experience in aerial & underground utility construction
18 years or older and authorization to work in the United States
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to perform/manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize responsibilities
Good understanding of OSHA requirements; OSHA 30 certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel
Valid California driver’s license
Knowledgeable in underground utilities construction, can read prints and line crews out
Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
Wage Range $75,000.00 – $95,000.00
