Pay Range:
$43.00/hr – $45.00/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Manufacturing domain experience is required.
Interact with the design, development and testing teams.
Prototype manufacturing coordination.
Bench testing.
Board rework as needed.
Troubleshooting.
Change impact analysis and documentation.
Test report preparation.
Work with cross‑functional product development teams.
Update documents and create Change Orders to release.
Update Design History Files (DHFs) based on design and test results.
Create PCB circuit design and layouts using Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
Work with internal/external PCB artwork team to ensure design adequacy for function and performance.
Choose appropriate components for electrical design and create BOM.
Develop complex multilayer circuit, that may include RF/Bluetooth and high speed signaling, ensuring signal integrity.
Review and update the design outcome meeting DFM and DFT.
Work with cross‑functional teams to incorporate their constraints (or drive the constraints to external PCB layout) and ensure design requirements are met.
Perform parts equivalency when changing the components (due to EOL/obsolescence).
Perform board bring‑up / bench testing / integration testing / characterization testing and ensure prototype design is meeting the requirements.
Work with PLM tool (Agile) for change order creation for components / design package / special drawing/specifications, to release in the system.
Create design documentation and test report.
