What You’ll Do
Manage the
full recruitment life cycle
— sourcing, networking, interviewing, negotiating, and closing technical professionals.
Build and maintain a
pipeline of high-quality candidates
across heavy industrial sectors.
Leverage
creative sourcing strategies
and cold outreach to connect with passive talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and
deliver results quickly .
Conduct detailed reference checks and ensure exceptional candidate experience.
Develop new business opportunities through every candidate and client interaction —
consultative, not transactional .
Collaborate with a team that shares leads, celebrates wins, and supports each other’s goals.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
preferred
(or equivalent recruiting experience).
