About The Role WR is seeking a Full Stack Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and integrate features for WRapid—WR’s core immigration technology platform. This role is ideal for an intermediate‑level developer with Salesforce or strong backend engineering experience who wants to work hands‑on across the full stack, build complex integrations, and contribute to a highly impactful legal‑tech environment.
You will collaborate closely with WR’s Technical Architect and development team to deliver high‑quality, scalable features and backend services that support WR’s global client base.
You Will:
Develop new WRapid application features throughout the SDLC
Develop backend services and API integrations with internal systems and third‑party partners
Write Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automated workflows
Maintain, refactor, and improve existing backend code and services
Implement workflow automation through Apex, Flows, and integration‑driven logic
Contribute to frontend UI components using LWC (React experience acceptable where applicable)
Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and version control best practices
Partner with product owners and cross‑functional teams for requirement refinement
You Bring: Required
3–5+ years of software development experience
3+ years Salesforce development experience or strong backend and Java experience
3+ years AWS experience (Lambda, S3, or related services)
3+ years Experience with API development and system integrations (MuleSoft or equivalent)
Ability to work closely with technical leadership in a collaborative development environment
Preferred
Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows)
3+ years Python experience
3+ years LWC experience (or React for UI work if no LWC background)
3+ years Experience developing integrations between large‑scale systems
Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, AWS Developer Associate, or MuleSoft Developer
