About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and results‑driven

Customer Growth Marketing Associate

to join our Customer Marketing team supporting the Accounting Channel. In this role, you’ll help drive customer growth through targeted campaigns, cross‑sell initiatives, and field marketing programs.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute multi‑channel customer marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing.

Own and optimize cross‑sell campaigns to drive increased product adoption.

Define and support customer field event strategy, including audience targeting, activations, and coordination with Sales and events teams.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, sales, product, and leadership teams to manage campaign logistics such as copy, design, landing pages, lead flows, and routing.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve lead quality and program effectiveness using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms.

Manage lead flow across all program channels, ensuring accurate routing and campaign attribution.

Partner with leadership to establish budgets, goals, ROI metrics, and overall campaign strategy.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Hands‑on experience with email campaigns, promotions, and marketing operations support.

1–2 years of field marketing experience or equivalent knowledge (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data‑driven mindset.

Excellent project management, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to sharing insights and recommendations.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and priorities.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.

Ability to commute to the San Jose, CA headquarters for a hybrid work schedule.
