Digital Engagement and Wellbeing Client Success Manager

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Alight's wellbeing products for assigned clients. Your goal will be to drive ROI and measurable outcomes by cultivating relationships with key decision makers in high‑profile client organizations and demonstrating value through data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
Ensure best‑practice adherence and drive solution implementation and enhancement, staying updated on industry trends.
Lead client presentations, answer feedback, and champion improvement opportunities using data and insights.
Drive highest value for clients, measured by client‑specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop promotions and competitions to increase engagement in wellbeing programs according to client agreements.
Perform analytical reviews of client results and develop strategic recommendations aligned with client business priorities.
Lead webinars, maintain case study decks, and contribute to the wellbeing toolkit.
Provide oversight of the implementation process for assigned accounts and serve as an expert on all Alight Worklife engagement and wellbeing solutions.
Drive customer success through agile project management, deepening client relationships, and serving as an SME in health and finance domains.
Use customer success metrics to drive continued value, growth, and account expansion opportunities.
Serve as the key point of contact for client communications, sustaining long‑term value, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in customer satisfaction or customer success roles with proven ability to drive value and exceed metrics.
Industry experience in wellbeing, health technology, or Human Capital Management, focused on product optimization and opportunity identification.
Experience at a digital healthcare or wellbeing consulting firm with digital engagement platforms.
Revenue‑focused experience using KPI and ROI metrics to assess success.
Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills with key stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in analytics, project management, and consulting.
Technical proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Microsoft products, Atlassian/JIRA, cloud technologies, and Salesforce.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or Healthcare.
