Position Summary Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs) / Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs) / teams on a daily basis. As a key member of the service team, this role focuses on digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposal tools, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities Client Support

Assist the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow‑ups.

Provide backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities, such as executing money‑movement transactions, answering general non‑investment related questions concerning client accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), and entering unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity.

Remain current on all policies, procedures and new platforms.

Business Development & Operational Support

Assist the FA/PWA/team in organizing and executing their business plan, partnering closely with other market stakeholders such as Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.

Execute administrative elements of digital and in‑person marketing strategies, including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media and regular email connectivity.

Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm‑approved systems for existing or prospective clients.

Assist with research using firm‑approved systems.

Represent the service lens in client and prospective client meetings.

Participate in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and other duties directed by local management.

Qualifications – External Education and/or Experience

2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.

Four‑year college degree or professional certification preferred.

Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.

Additional product licenses may be required.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.

Technical proficiency and quick learning of new and updated platforms.

Detail‑oriented with superior organizational skills and prioritization ability.

Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and internet applications.

Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.

Strong time‑management skills.

Team player with collaboration capability.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Adaptability and multi‑tasking ability.

Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.

Compensation Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $50,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay upon hiring will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
