Intensive Care Registered Nurse up to $80/hour
Summary
We have openings with our partner hospital in Boston
Pay for this role is based on the shift and can range from $70-80/hour
Shifts are based on availability. We will partner with you and the hospital to accommodate your best preferences
Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and implement care plans tailored to physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
Administer medications, document interventions, and monitor patient responses
Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and tube maintenance
Educate patients and families on recovery and healthy practices
Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards
Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and infection control efforts
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of critical care nursing, in a MICU or ICU
Tracheostomy care and telemetry experience in a hospital setting
Critical care expertise, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients
Active RN license in Massachusetts
