Bachelor’s degree in the performing arts, arts management, or related field; at least five years of administrative leadership and management experience in a related area; demonstrated effective team management skills; demonstrated ability to develop and execute short- and long-term objectives; proven ability in financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, and revenue generation; ability to communicate and work with a diverse constituency including academic departments, entertainment promoters, external organizations, faculty, staff, students, and others; and ability to promote and market the facilities on campus are required.
