In this role you will

Drive high impact strategic initiatives, keeping them and other priorities on track across teams.

Create structure and clarity through scalable processes that touch collaboration, decision making and follow through across all aspects of the business team.

Act as a force multiplier by anticipating needs, managing information flow and enabling the Business team to focus on the top priorities.

Foster alignment for highly effective cross‑departmental projects run to tight deadlines acting as a trusted partner to leaders and rolling up your sleeves to support.

Keep talent pipelines warm and maintain engagement with key candidates and external partners.

On behalf of the business leadership team, write communications, prepare materials, manage stakeholders, and keep momentum on critical deliverables.

Requirements

5+ years of experience, ideally in a startup or high‑growth environment, with exposure to commercial, revenue, or operations teams.

Project management expertise – skilled at structuring work, managing timelines, and holding teams accountable to deliverables.

Exemplifies executive presence across all levels, internally with colleagues and leadership, and externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders, instilling trust and driving influence.

Data analysis and visualization – comfortable working with data to surface insights, track metrics, and build compelling dashboards or reports.

Strong communication skills – clear, concise writer and confident verbal communicator with strong executive presence.

Understanding of sales organizations – familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and GTM structures.

Deep understanding of OKRs – experience setting, tracking, and reporting on organizational goals.

Track record of building order through chaos – proven ability to bring clarity and stability to fast‑moving, ambiguous situations.

Relationship management – able to build trust quickly across functions and levels, acting with discretion and empathy.

Bias toward action – thrives in environments that require initiative, prioritization, and execution under pressure.

More Information:

The salary for this position ranges between $160,000 – $180,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
