Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support the Robotics organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the world's most technology. The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover.
Key Responsibilities
Coach business clients and design talent solutions that solve business problems.
Advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.
Translate business priorities into high-impact work and data-driven recommendations.
Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, effectiveness, culture, and inclusion.
Lead change management, provide leadership coaching, and drive HR functional excellence.
Interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent acquisition and management.
Write strategic narratives that directly affect the business and propose people-focused solutions.
Execute effective career development, retention, and recognition programs.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while moving initiatives forward.
Deliver excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of HR experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
HRBP experience supporting tech populations.
Prior executive coaching experience.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify the right people metrics and implement solutions to drive positive change.
Strong business acumen.
Strong communication and writing skills.
